Embroidered and custom made items are not returnable unless we have made a mistake. Please contact me if you are unsure about the specifics of your order. Because everything I do is custom made, most times, I will contact you to confirm choices of color, font, fabric, etc.
What is the normal turnaround time on orders? TOP
The normal turnaround time could be up to 2-3 weeks depending on availability and time of the year. For in-stock items this time can be shorter.
